Main Areas of Responsibility
Beatson Clark, a leading manufacturer of glass containers to the food, drink, pharmaceutical, healthcare and homeware sectors, are now looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to join their team.
We are seeking a passionate and driven Digital Marketing Specialist to take our digital presence to the next level. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to co-develop yearly digital plans with our Sales and Marketing Director and Marketing Manager, creating content across various channels, and implementing a cutting-edge digital strategy, based on your in-depth analysis of data, that will elevate our organisational priorities.
Main Tasks and Responsibilities:
- As the Digital Marketing specialist, you'll be the mastermind behind our international digital communications, including SEO/SEA, direct response, website content, social media and more. You'll also play a pivotal role in operational activities and analytics, ensuring the digital presence is optimised for success.
- Reporting to the Sales and Marketing Director, you'll be a key player in liaising with stakeholders across the business, fostering collaboration, and driving results.
- Lead website content maintenance and enhancements, maximising lead acquisition and optimising lead acquisition costs.
- Drive our digital marketing campaigns across multiple regions and markets.
- Dive deep into Google Analytics data, creating actionable reports and leveraging website KPIs to refine our digital strategy.
- Become our champion of Social Media performances creating content aimed at attracting engagement.
- Utilise SEO tools to analyse company keyword positioning on search engine results pages (SERPs) for different markets and regions.
- Amplify our backlink strategy by identifying relevant industry websites/portals with high authority and negotiating valuable links.
- Keep a close eye on competitor digital activities, staying one step ahead of the game.
- Stay up to date with the latest Google algorithm evolutions, advising the marketing team on necessary updates to optimise our strategies.

Person Specification
- In depth knowledge of the digital world, with a detailed understanding of Google and its intricacies.
- Passionate about figures, data and trends.
- Relevant experience in a similar position within a B2B company.
- Driven, proactive, and detail oriented.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- A multitasker, adept at prioritising responsibilities and flexible to meet the need of the business.
- A creative problem-solver, ready to explore innovative solutions and think outside the box.
- A collaborative team player with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.

- Proven ability to drive significant revenue growth in e-commerce
- Strong analytical skills and experience in data-driven decision-making
- Familiarity with social commerce trends and best practices

- Proficiency with e-commerce analytics tools and CRM systems
- Qualification in Marketing (Desirable)
- Experience in E Commerce Management (minimum of 3 years)
- Experience of Multichannel Marketing
- Coding experience preferred but not essential
