Shift Pattern:
Early Days Mon-Fri (6am-2.30pm)
Main Areas of Responsibility
- Off-loading of incoming pallets from customers
- Loading of scarp and repair pallets to pallet supplier
- Cleaning and checks of pallet ready for production
- Monitor pallet stocks to ensure sufficient pallets for production
- Liaise with distribution manager on pallet stocks
- Housekeeping
- Achievement of departmental targets as required
- Other reasonable duties as requested
Person Specification
- Experience of working on FLT (essential)
- 4 pallet handler (desirable)
- Working in a previous warehouse environment (preferably externally)
- Have a current valid external fork truck license
- Numerate and literate (GCSE or equivalent)
- PC literate (desirable)
- Believe in and promote Health and Safety within workplace
