Beatson Clark offers an award winning design service from its highly experienced in-house team.
Using a 3D CAD system we offer initial concept drawings and mould design drawings without charge. The team works closely with our customers and if required, their own external design agencies, throughout the entire process - from conception to production. This ensures that whilst the aesthetic quality and functionality of the container is achieved, the technical experience of glass manufacturing is always on hand.
Whether it is the modification of an existing bottle, or the creation of a totally new product, we offer a variety of design options to meet the customer’s requirements:

- Technical Mould Drawings
- Acrylic (hollow or solid) and Wooden Moulds
- Glass Samples
Any new product development is also project managed by the customers dedicated Account Manager. In addition there is also a Project Tracker service available on the client login area of our website, where customers can monitor progress of their project at any time.
With our innovative design experience, mould costs for fully bespoke containers starting at just £18k and minimum runs from as little as 500k units, we can offer a unique service.
We can even enhance your brand by embossing your company name or logo on a standard container from our extensive general sale range, reducing the mould cost by approximately £11k.
